- What are support tokens?
- Support tokens give you access to submit a support ticket for Soliloquy. One support token is equal to one support ticket. A complimentary support token is issued when you purchase Soliloquy, and additional support tokens can be purchased from your Member's Area dashboard.
- What are the requirements to use Soliloquy?
- Soliloquy requires MySQL 5.0+, PHP 5.2+ and WordPress 3.3.1 or greater.
- Does Soliloquy have automatic updates?
- Yes, Soliloquy integrates seamlessly with WordPress’ own update system to provide automatic updates via Amazon S3. All downloads are signed and encoded by Amazon for your particular update. Update checks are made every 12 hours or can be forced manually by visiting the Updates page.
- How do I upgrade my license from single to developer?
- If you currently own a single license subscription, you will see a link in your Member’s Area to upgrade to a developer license. You will only pay the difference between the license costs for upgrading, and the upgrades are still good for life.
- Is Soliloquy compatible with WordPress MultiSite?
- Yes, Soliloquy is compatible with WordPress MultiSite.
- Can I package Soliloquy to sell within a theme?
- Sure. Soliloquy is licensed under the GPL which gives you the ability to use Soliloquy on as many sites as you wish, so you can pre-package with a theme for sale. Remember, unlimited automatic updates are only available with the Developer license, so keep that in mind if you plan on packaging it with a theme..
- How do I get access to Addons
- Addons are only available to developer license holders. If you currently own a single license, you can upgrade to a developer license to get access to Addons.
- Do you offer refunds?
- Yes. If I cannot help you solve any issues you may have with the plugin within 30 days of your purchase, I will give you a full refund. No refunds are given beyond 30 days after your purchase.
- What kind of browser support does Soliloquy offer?
- Soliloquy is tested on all modern browsers, including IE8+, Firefox 3.5+, Safari 4+ and Chrome. Soliloquy does not support IE6 or IE7 explicitly.
